Andhra Pradesh Industrial Park Development Programme
Andhra Pradesh is endowed with abundant natural resources coupled with enterprising human resources and a vibrant economy is opening up an unlimited scope for opportunities in the field of structuring and restructuring of infrastructure facilities. As good infrastructure and growth compliment each other, the Government of Andhra Pradesh through its extended arm, the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation is gearing up a large number of new projects that include Industrial Infrastructure, Social Infrastructure, Infrastructure for Software Industry and all dimensions of Information Technology industry including infrastructure for the Indian Institute of Information Technology. The Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation has already set up 272 Industrial Estates in the State.
These parks have been strategically located in the outskirts of the city thereby avoiding congestion of the otherwise populated areas and also provides development of these remote parts of the city. The Industrial Parks have been classified into three areas,
