Now there is no need to go around all the Departments. Single Window Clearance Act is there to help you to get the required Approvals at one point.

Government of Andhra Pradesh is committed to create investment friendly environment and to speed up the process of issuing Approvals/Clearances enacted Single Window Clearance Act No.17 of 2002 making it compulsory to file the application with the Nodal Agency. Download Single Window Act

Form-II -- For Operation

Filing of Applications

• File the application with District Industries Centre's of the concerned Districts, if your unit is having investment in Plant & Machinery up to Rs.1 Crore (SSI) along with the enclosures as specified in the check slip.

• File the application with CDCC wing of Commissionarate of Industries, Hyderabad, if your unit is having investment in Plant & Machinery above Rs.1 Crore along with the enclosures as specified in the check slip.

Common Application FORM-I (Part-A)

Instructions for Form-I

(This Single Application Form will Enable the Entrepreneur to get the following Approvals/Clearances)

• Permission from Gram Panchayat for Site and Buildings
• Permission from Municipality/UDA/TCP for Site and Building
• Approvals of plans from Factories Department
• Acquisition of land other than IE/IDA
• Alienation of Govt. land
• Feasibility Certificate for Extension of Power and Power Supply by Discoms
• Sanction water supply from local bodies
• Sanction of water supply From HMWS & SB
• Permission from Ground Water Department
• Permission from Irrigation Department to draw water

FORM-I (Part-B)

• APGST Registration

• CST Registration

FORM-I (Part-C)

• Allotment of Land/Shed in IE/IDA by APIIC
• Sanction of Term Loan by APSFC
• Sanction of Term Loan and Equity by APIDC
• Registration of Firms
• Consent for establishment from APPCB
• Noc from Fire Services Department
• Establishment of Distillery 
• License for manufacturing Bulk Drugs
• License for manufacturing Formulations
• License for manufacturing Cosmetics
• License for manufacturing Ayurvedic/ Homeo/ Siddha/ Unani

Common Application FORM-II (Part-A)

Instructions for Form-II

(This Single Application Form will Enable the Entrepreneur to get the following Approvals/Clearances)

• Factories Department License
• License to Import and storage of Petroleum/Diesel/Naptha
• Registration under Boiler Act

FORM-II (Part-B)

• Consent for operation under Air Act
• Consent for operation under Water Act
• Food grain license from Civil Supplies
• License for possession and use of RS
• License for possession and use of DS
• License to obtain and use of Chlorate of Potash (No prescribed format is available. One can apply on a plain sheet with the full details of one's own company and the purpose for use of Chlorate of Potash)
